In response to this, Aviva have announced two webinars on Tuesday 4 August aimed at helping charities, voluntary organisations and community groups navigate the return to operations following the coronavirus crisis.

The two webinars are:

  • Tuesday 4 August 11am – How to reinstate and re-open buildings and premises safely
  • Tuesday 4 August 2pm – How to look after your volunteers and willing helpers

How to reinstate and re-open buildings and premises safely

This webinar will cover:

  • Understanding the risks to re-opening
  • Preparing premises for re-opening
  • Identifying and installing additional controls
  • Monitoring and maintaining controls
  • Additional actions going forward

How to look after your volunteers and willing helpers

This webinar will cover:

  • The basics of what it means to use volunteers/helpers within your organisation
