What do I need to make a claim?

You will need to call one of the numbers below. To make it easier, here is a checklist of the information that will be useful for you to have to hand when discussing a new or existing claim.

  • Your policy number
  • Your charity's name
  • The policyholder's contact name and number
  • The incident date
  • Full details of what happened
  • The claimant's name and contact details
  • Copies of any correspondence
